I have designed an awesome joystick
. that has three different motions
. and three different rotations
. for a total of six activating inputs
. instead of the regular two movements
. (forward + back) and (side to side)
I then added to this arsenal of hand controls
. by adding 4 finger motion sensors
. and a mini joystick to the thumb
. giving you another 6 activating motions
. for a total 12 hand movement sensors
I also thought of the best video game ever
. which is really 8 X 8 room
. having 6 projectors
. or 6 of 8 X 8 LCD screens
. to give you four walls, a ceiling and a floor full of game graphics
. so that you are effectively immersed in the video game
- a waste strap holds you in the center of the games room
- and motion detecting mat of ball bearings under your feet
- so that you can walk or run in place
- while your screens make the scenery roll by as you move
- and when you add a skin tight suit with sensor spots all over it
. and sensors in the room to detect the players position
. you can give the player the ability to interact with the game
- this could also be used as,,,,,
- a way of safely operating robotic machinery
- deep in the ocean
- in outer space
- in fire fighting or bomb disposal situations
- or even in wartime
- so the operator is in safety
